JPMorgan Chase Awarded 4 Top Spots in CFO Magazine’s 2017 Commercial Banking Survey

In CFO Magazine’s annual commercial banking survey, respondents ranked JPMorgan Chase in the No. 1 spot for overall satisfaction, customer relationships, perceived satisfaction and transaction/payments processing.

JPMorgan Chase is proud to have been awarded four No. 1 spots in the latest annual CFO Magazine Commercial Banking Survey. The survey was conducted by CFO Research in September and October and received 253 responses. It asked respondents (of whom 30 percent were CFOs and 32 percent were CEOs) to rate their current commercial banks in areas like customer relationship, strategic partnership and lending capabilities.

Competing with other major national banks as well as some smaller regional banks, JPMorgan Chase was awarded the top spots in the following categories:

  • #1 in overall satisfaction
  • #1 in customer relationships
  • #1 in transaction/payments processing
  • #1 in perceived satisfaction
