Payments and Treasury Management

For the second year in a row, Coalition Greenwich placed J.P. Morgan Access® at No. 1 overall for the Payments & Treasury Management category in their Digital Transformation Benchmarking Study.1

Based on data collected in 2023, the recognition is presented to treasury providers in early 2024. Within Payments and Treasury Management, we received #1 scores in the following six sub-categories:

These two modules are part of six categories that Coalition Greenwich measures in its Digital Transformation Benchmarking Assessment. The Overall Assessment — along with its annual survey — is one of the most recognized studies in the institutional banking space. While the assessment of the remaining four categories and the overall score are still forthcoming, we did receive top overall score in 2021 and 2022 and were recognized as one of the global leaders in digital transformation.

These accolades are part of a broader suite of recognitions provided by Coalition Greenwich. This year, we were recognized as the outright quality leader, received the No. 1 spot for market penetration, and were awarded 21 Excellence awards across U.S. Cash Management, U.S. Trade Finance and U.S. Large Corporate Banking. We were also recognized as a 2024 Greenwich Quality Leader in Europe for Large Corporate Cash Management, Large Corporate Banking and Foreign Exchange, receiving an additional 22 Excellence awards.

Coalition Greenwich analyzes benchmarking and technical capabilities, along with feedback from interviews with hundreds of U.S.-based companies, to assess and award leading treasury providers.
